Re: Haunted Houses
not sure.. but remember you are usually in the dark.. and possiblity of tripping. If you do go, just walk behind dh and keep your hand on his shoulder or something to keep your balance.

Re: Haunted Houses
I think many places won't let you in if you are pregnant.

Re: Haunted Houses
I think it depends on the haunted house and how far along you are.
Some of them grab at you or make you crawl, squeeze thru small space etc. I think if you are early on and aren't getting grabbed at etc it would be okay - but again you could call and ask if they have any restrictions.

Re: Haunted Houses
I'm a big Halloween person, and I personally would not risk it- too dark, trip hazards, dealing with idiotic people in a confined space ....Thats just me though

Re: Haunted Houses
All of the ones I have been to in the past have had a sign that said that pregnant women were not allowed.

Re: Haunted Houses
I am skipping them this year. It's not worth the worry for me that someone could run into me in the dark or I could trip...

Re: Haunted Houses
Blood Manor I do not think will let you in. That is why I am skipping it this weekend and instead babysitting 5 kids under 6 I don't know whats worse

Re: Haunted Houses
I went to one last week and everything is fine. But, I am in my first trimester. The sign said consult doctor if you are pregnant.

Re: Haunted Houses
I asked myself the same question!
Going to walk through haunted halloween houses is all apart of the experience of halloween and i usually do not miss it!
I have just entered my 2nd trimester and will absilutely not risk it. Think about it...your heartrate elevates because you are being frightened and you may put harm to the baby. Also everyone else made valid points, Tripping, bending down in small spaces, etc...
