What brand laundry detergent is best?
What brand laundry detergent do you recommend...which do you think works best all around especially with keeping colors bright and stain removal?

I use Tide HE with my new washer (Energy Star appliance). However, there was a thread on this topic about a week ago if you run a search to get more ideas.

I use Tide, but i have to admit it doesn't always get the stains out with my kids. So i keep a small bottle of whisk on hand for stubborn stains but always do laundry with Tide unless there is a big stain i don't think it will get out. Love the smell of Tide too

I agree...
I always used Tide and only Tide until I tried Gain....it much better than Tide (gets whites whiter and colors brighter) and it smells great!!!!

I know, there are so many it's ridiculous. Sorry about that. I use regular Tide. I've tried the ones that have Febreze or Downy in them, didn't like. My bottle says nothing but Tide on the front
