Food to avoid when pregnant........
Can someone tell me the main foods that should be avoided during your pregnancy?
I really need to pick up a pregnancy book or something...
Also, what do they say are really good foods to eat for the babies development?

I would ask your practitioner what they feel. They are no set guidlines on foods to avoid so it varies from practitioner to practitioner.
The only food I am limited is no alcohol, minimal to no caffeine, no artificial sweeteners and limited intake of dark meat fish such as sworsfish and tuna due to mercury levels. I eat EVERYTHING else.
