Re: Question about cramps.....
I felt cramping before I got a BFP and it hasn't stopped. I still get it now at 20 weeks. As long as you don't start spotting, I wouldn't worry about it. Make sure you drink alot of water. It helps alot. I'm really bad about this. That is probably why I get alot of cramping.

Re: Question about cramps.....
I cramped all throughout my 1st trimester!! DEF scary and I remember running to the bathroom numerous times a day to check for blood! Now that I'm 22 weeks, it has def slowed down BUT I still get cramping!

Wow, you still feel cramping now?? For some reason I thought cramping was unheard of once you reached a certain point in your pregnancy...I have so much to learn.
And you're probably right about drinking water. I didn't drink enough water for my body even before I was pregnant, so I've really been trying to push myself to drink more. I bet this has something to do with it.
Thanks for the response.
My cramping is not as bad as in the first trimester. I also get stretching and pulling pains. Yeah, I thought it would go away as well. I was wrong!!!

Re: Question about cramps.....
i have cramps as well - i'm 6 weeks and change....but it is getting better...
oddly enough - after i pee - it's WORSE. When i have a full bladder - the cramps are much more tolerable.

Re: Question about cramps.....
I am 6 weeks and 1 or 2 days. I too get cramps, at the beginning of this week I thought they were getting better but not. I also have a hard time drinking a lot of water , so I will try to get better at that.
Contrary to Jess, I feel when I have a full bladder I get more crampy and gets better after I go
I do get nervous when I feel them more even though I know that it is normal

that's so funny!!! you're the opposite of me!
i get nervous too and then i just tell myself - that's the baby....i just keep saying, 'it's the baby'...
i know full well in actuality - it's likely not - it's just my uterus stretching or something - but that thought makes me feel better :)

Re: Question about cramps.....
i had cramps my entire 1st tri and half of the second. i think it is very normal as long as you aren't doubled over in pain and they aren't accompanied by bleeding

Re: Question about cramps.....
I'm 30.5 weeks and still feel cramping from time to time. The cramps are different than in the first trimester, but I wouldn't worry. I felt cramps, pains, stretching, etc on and off throughout the first trimester.

Re: Question about cramps.....
Cramping is one of those symptoms that people don't really discuss, but perfectly normal.

Re: Question about cramps.....
I had cramping until the beginning of my 2nd trimester. I wouldn't worry too much since a certain amount of cramping is expected. As long as there is no other symptons along with it, like bleeding you shoudl be ok XOXOXO BOTB
