DH had softball tonight so I made myself a veggie burger (lots of Omega3 ) and veggie soup. As you can see I'm trying hard now.

today was DH's first day back to work after a 5 week furlough period.....AND he actually made me dinner! the most yummy meatloaf w/ roasted potatoes
