When do you take your prenatal vitamin
I've been taking it in the morning with breakfast but I'm not sure if this is contributing to my morning sickness.
when do you all take it - with or without food?

I take mine before bed w/o food because in the AM I take synthryoid (and I don't like to mix anything with the synthryoid). Doc said its a'ok. I also never had morning sickness.

I usually take mine at night because I had morning sickness my whole pregnancy and taking them in the morning just made it even worse.Good luck with the MS

I take mine (actually all 10 of the vitamins I have to take) right before dinner. A couple of years ago when I started TTC I took prenatals in the morning and got very sick. I have never had a problem when I take them at night.

i have a two a day pill. i take one in the am without food- first thing and then one before or after dinner.

I take mine first thing in the AM, during my first trimester I had to be sure to take it with food or else feel

i take it at night - because dinner is my largest meal of the day typically... I have a VERY sensitive stomach - so at my doc's suggestion, i take it with food, at night...

From weeks 6-22 I had TERRIBLE morning sickness, so I was unable to take the regular prenatal. I couldn't keep it down, no matter the time or if I ate or not. So I was switched to flinstones, and was able to keep them down finally.
