Please help me w/ lunch
In the first 2-3 wks after i got PG, i was still able to eat my normal lunch at work (trader joes carved chicken on a whole wheat pita).
Nowadays, that chicken is not enticing me AT ALL!!!! So the last 2 wks i ate PNB and jelly sandwiches. I can not get into that habit.
What ideas do you have for healthy lunches. Please help!!!

don't worry, the food aversion will pass. soon enough you'll like chicken again.
how about a grilled veggie sandwhich? like eggplant, roasted peppers, zuchini...

what about a grilled chicken salad or lettuce wraps? That's funny about PB and J... I was craving that for the longest time and spent so much on the natural PB and now I can't look at it. My new thing is fruits... can't get enough

I do a lot of hummus and cucumber (or any other fresh veggie I have) in whole wheat pitas.

Hummus and Pita
Grilled Cheese (okay, not the healthiest, but I couldn't drink milk so at least I am getting calcium)
PB&J
Lentil Soup with Spaghetti
Chili with Ground Turkey instead of Ground Beef
Taco Salad (Crumbled tostitos, fresh salsa, shredded cheese, Goya Black Beans, ground turkey, sour cream, shredded lettuce, store bought guacamole)
