Help With Diaper Bags!!!
OK ladies who already have them... What should I look for (size? compartments?) and which ones are you happy/unhappy with?

I have so many diaper bags and hate all of them... So far the only thing I love is my old backpack...
I am going to look for a new one at bru to see if they have something nice...

Heard alot of good things about the vera bradley bags.. would love to get one of those.. but $$$$... Everytime i find a place having a sale..there out of diaper bags.

Look for one that can be a diaper bag and a pocketbook all in one cause you dont wanna have to carry two items on your shoulder.

I WISH the Vera Bradley bags weren't ALL in such obnoxious patterns. - I'm much more of a 'plain' person 
I like the fact that you can toss it in the washing machine though, bonus !!
I haven't found anything I like yet either

I like my Skip Hop. You want a lot of pockets/compartments, especially on the outside so you can get to things easily. You want it to be easily washable. Skip Hop lets you switch between a shoulder strap and ones that latch around the stroller handles (just be careful the stroller doesn't tip). You don't want big and bulky. I also like how the skip hop has a handle on the outside to grab it by, not just the strap, and how DH will carry it. But, I do wish it looked more like a purse sometimes.

I have a black backpack sling and a shoulder bag in black as well. They are not diaper bag-ish..but they work.

I had gotten a very cute bowler-style diaper bag that I loved. But when I posted a picture on the board, a very good point was made--the straps wouldn't fit over the handle of the stroller.
I took it back and got another one that would, because I KNOW i'll always have it over the handle when we're out.

I just FMed Sammie about this but, if you like the Vera bags, theyre normally $92 but theyre $55.20 for patterns they are discontinuing. Might be worth a look

My favorite is my Vera Bradley. I have a Petunia Picklebottom Toddler Tote that I love but it is just really for a toddler. I also have a Petunia Picklebottom Diaper Bag that I am using as an overnight bag for DS for the 1st time this weekend. So far it is great because it holds a lot.

I got a Mia Bossi bag-- but I just saw another one online that I like-- I spent a lot on my bag, but since it will also be like my handbag-- I figured it was worth it.

The JJ Cole Method Bag....
I LOVE IT!
It's small enough, yet big enough. Has enough room for all of her things, plus space for me to put my things so that I don't have to carry another bag. Another huge bonus for me is that it has clips that clip right onto the stroller so that you don't have to wrap it around the stroller handlebar thereby denying access to your cupholder/sunglass holder (which I am in and out of all the time!)!!!
Another bonus.... JJ Cole customer service is AWESOME!!!!!!! I had an issue with the first bag that I had from them.... they asked me to return it, and sent me back a brand new one - NO CHARGE AT ALL!
