what is sciatica pain..
what is sciatica pain and where do u feel it. Is this what i am feeling on the right son of my lower back. All i want is to be comfortable and enjoy this pregnancy. If it isnt one thing its another

i'm not 100% firm on what or where... I know my mom has it...
what helped her a lot (this is going to sound weird) was to put a wooden plank under her matress - it firmed it up just enough so that she could sleep better.

My sciatica usually sends a terrible pain down my back and into my leg....If I sleep with a pillow between my legs on my side, it helps somewhat

Sciatica is intense pain that shoots down one of your legs and makes it VERY uncomfortable to sit or stand.

I feel it most in the morning. Its a pain that is like right above your butt and can travel down your leg.
