How long did it take to get your results? Can they tell you anything the day of the appointment? I am going on Thursday and I havent told anyone outside of family that I am pg yet...im dying to tell people, but i want to wait til I have some idea of the results...

Re: Ultrascreen
the tech cant officially give you any results. but my tech said she would tell me if anything looked different in her eyes. My doc had the test in a couple of days though she didnt give me the results till my next appt but they would have called if anything was wrong. I hope that helps.

Re: Ultrascreen
The ultrascreen is the sono and bloodwork...they can tell if it all looks good with the sono but the blood takes time. My 1st the sono was normal and the blood was not. I was 27 at the time and my chances to have a baby with downs was 1 in 114....the same as a 40 year old. My son is perfectly healthy but the whole test counts together

Re: Ultrascreen
The tech shouldn't tell you anything, and that's what they tell you-- but mine did say that everything looked normal based on what they saw.
The blood work took 2 to 5 days. I had the sono on Tues AM and had all the results by Fri afternoon.
