BellyBar Anyone?
Has anyone ever tried the shakes or the bars?
I have concerns because I have IBS-D - so that means any time I eat - i'm in the bathroom... I'm PRAYING for constipation as a symptom!!!!!!!!!
I figure with these - at least the vitamins/nutrition will be there...

I like the bars. I have had them a couple of times in the beginning when the MS was really kicking my azz.

I have IBS also along with many other bathrooming issues. I have had constipation a lot over these past 17 weeks and let me tell you. . .I would rather have to go to the bathroom all the time then feeling gassy, bloated and uncomfortable. It hurts much worse.

Really??? I am hoping that is a symptom.
My gastro said i'm one of the worst cases he's ever seen. I go literally roughly 11-12 times per day.
The pain from that - i'd like to see go away.

I have seen these in the stores and looked at the nutritionals. IMO, there are better bars out there, that have more fiber and protein.

Re: BellyBar Anyone?
Oh goodness, I've suffered w/both IBS-D and IBS-C and I dont' know which is worse!! I'd say maybe D is worse b/c you never know when its gonna strike and it prevents you from doing things, but at the same time you can be uncomfortable for DAYS in a row w/C feeling fat, with a huge bloated belly and your pants not fitting!!! At least w/D you feel empty ya know?
Anywho, I would imagine being preggo would help your situation...and those belly bars never bothered me either way...but everyone's belly is different

I personally love the bellybar chews in citrus. You get the nutrition w/o the calories.
