Those with #2 on the way - question about registering
So it appears that my Mom is going to throw me a sprinkle. I didn't expect one and I'm not 100% sure how I feel about it given the fact that there was alot of drama surrounding my first baby shower but it's going to happen.
So she asked me to make a small registry.
I know a couple of things that I would like/will need but I'm wondering what you put on yours if you did a 2nd registry.
I honestly feel a little weird registering again!

i think it depends on what you have/need. i would definitly put diapers,towels, washclothes, soaps/lotion, safety things, grooming kits, maybe bedding? things that you will use. it will be smaller than the first, but might as well let people know what you need if they are goign to buy gifts anyway.

Do you know the gender of this baby? If the gender is different than your first dc, then i would start there.. register for little things that are different sex that way no one gives you a hard time about wanting all big things b/c of baby #2.. you know how people make stupid comments.
You can register for new sheets, bedding, those sleep sacs, mobile, monitor incase your still using the other one with first dc. I plan on getting a second monitor.

Thats what I did. I also put soaps/lotions, washcloths, onesies, and a new bouncer since my son destryoed his.

I am still on the fence about a sprinkle, but apparently ILs are asking about it already so I guess we are going to keep it small. We had drama too, and DH & I ended up planning it.
We registered with Amazon, and I put diapers, videos, some new infant toys, some new bath supplies (DS destroyed his infant tub), some essentials and the 3 big things: car seat, double stroller and crib set. Other than that I figure if people get me GCs to the local stores (which I am sure they will) then I get get stuff there too.
Once we find out  or I will probably put my take-home outfit and maybe a layette.

We'll probably do a small registry for essential things like blankets, onesies, bottles, etc. If we have another boy, we have everything we already need. If we have a girl, we'll need quite a bit of stuff.

You could put a double stroller if you plan to get one.
New bedding and things to go with it.
I put new changing pad cover, burp cloths, new bottles since my others ones aren't BPA free.
Pacifiers
new towels.
I also wanted the Papasan chair.
Mine is very small but it gives people an idea of some needs so you don't get all clothes.

I created a registry at BBB only so I could get the 10% off coupon  I didn't tell anyone that I registered. I was having another so I didn't need much and didn't want my mom to have a sprinkle for me.

I had glass bottles with G anyway b/c I hate the way plastics wash, but I def need new nips for the bottles. Gs sippy cups are BPA free so I am good there.

I just got new nipples for my Drop In's. Lindsay is still gassy using those bottles so I may be switching over to Dr Browns. I am just getting new nipples and parts. I am using the same bottles that I have.

I actually bought the Sit n Stand Plus. It can be a double stroller or a Sit N Stand. DD still like the stroller so I didn't want to risk not getting something that was stroller like.
I registered for some Medela bottles since I plan to BF and those are BPA free anyway and once I see what kind of baby I have then I can just buy more bottles on my own. DD needed the Dr. Brown's but maybe this baby won't.

Im not sure whether or not Ill be having a sprinkle, but I do plan to register so that close family (mom,MIL, aunts, close friends) can see what I might need.
Another carseat(s)
new breast pump
new bottles
new bedding (if opposite sex)
and one of those all in one (bouncer, glider, vibrator)things.
I dont plan to need a double stroller, but possible a sit and stand
