i need a new doctor
i want to changed obgyn's bc i want a female. Please anyone know of a good one that is located in teh garden city, mineloa area??? TIA

I go to Jefferey Braverman in Garden City. I usually see one of the nurse practioners (all women) but once we get pregnant then Dr. Braverman is the main doctor. He is great.

I second Dr. Hanauer. She is really really great! She was so great during my miscarriage and so was the whole office. I'm so glad I switched to her when I got my BFP. I know my old doctor I was with for 12 years would not have been there emotionally like she was.

I also vote for Dr. Hanauer. She is a terrific doctor. She makes you feel totally comfortable and never rushes you. She has the best bedside manners I have ever seen in on OBGYN!

I go to a FANTASTIC one in New Hyde Park on the corner of Union Tpke and NHP Road. She's an OBGYN and delivers at Northshore and LIJ I think.
I've never waited more than 15 minutes in this office. I moved out of the area to Lindenhurst and it's the 1 doctor I'm not changing.
