Need middle name help...
Our child's name, boy or girl is going to be Charlie/Charly. The boy's formal version will be Charles and the girls' formal version is Charlize. Could you give me some middle names that go with both? Thanks!

Christine, isn't Charlotte a formal name for Charly? I know when we talked about it everyne said we could use Charlie/Charly as a nickname
I like the boys nicknames. For the girls I'd suggest Shea, Rae, etc, etc. Short ones

Charlize is a compromise that my sister came up with today. I wanted Charlotte and my DH either wanted it to just be Charly or Charlene(which due to bad roommate years ago) I can't even stomach. SO Charlize it is... We plan on only calling her Charly though anyway.

i feel like alot of names go well with Charles...
Charlize is a toughie, because you say youll only call her Charly, so that differentiates what you pick as a middle name...
some names that sound great with Charly, dont blend so well with Charlize and vice versa...
hmmm theres gotta be a few though!!
Im thinkin bout this one!! lol

I love all of the ones mentioned for Charles. I think Charles is not too hard. So much goes with that.
Charlize is a little bit trickier. I would say Charlize Grace, but you probably don't want to do that since DD #1 already has than name. I agree with the PP who said something short. Charlize Rae is pretty. hmmm... I'm sure there are others. I'll keep thinking.

LOVE the name I wish I didn't name my cat Charly so I could have named one of my children Charly...but at the time my kitty was my baby!!!
Her middle name is Cat - Charly Cat sorry not very helpful huh?
