someone today at my DS baseball game who hasnt seen me in 2 weeks, said "OMG, you had the baby!!!"
IM like, um no..
she then says "But, youre not showing at all, and youre wearing your regular clothes"
i felt like asking her to come home with me that nite so she can see the "whaley-ness" that is me.
"whaley"- the name my DS and DH use for me now..
its great right?

I get this all the time!! People say you are all belly. Take it as a complement!! They are basically telling you that you don't have a big butt, or a wide nose.

I get this on a daily basis.. it's so annoying! Just yesterday my secretary said "you probably wont even need maternity clothes at all" (Ive been wearing them for the past 2 months  I guess it should be a compliment, but I start to think that the belly is all in my head.. haha

I agree!! I never take comments like that the wrong way, I take it as a complement. The person was saying you look good. Honestly, most of the comments that people take offense to when they are pregnant don't bother me. I doubt people are trying to be mean and if they knew that what they said bothers you, probably most of them wouldn't say it anyway. There really are far worse things someone could say to you. Don't let it get to you, it's better than them saying you look like a house!
