80 ounces?? Yeah, right!!!
I don't drink even CLOSE to that amount of water per day like my doctor suggested. I really try to, I sip water all day, but I only manage to get about 1 liter in. How about any of you????

OMG! I met with a Dr. fr a maternal fetal medical consult and the nurse asked how much i drink I said "like one.... maybe 2 poland springs a day..." and she said "look at you, i can see your dehydrated... you need to drink a almost a gallon" I almost fainted!!! Lol! DH is always bothering me about water.... ugh....

I don't have a problem with it, but I have always been a big water drinker, it is pretty much the only thing I drink.
So far today I have had 3 - 17oz bottles plus a glass of water when I first woke up this AM.

I am just like you! I am literally forcing myself to drink more and be more concious of it....DH calls me a camel!!

This is a bit odd but the only way I can get a lot of water down is if I freeze them so they get real icy, then I have no problem getting down 6 or 7 bottle a day

I was doing really good with drinking water, but have since slipped a bit and I havent been drinking as much as I was. I have to get back to it cause I am noticing that my hands and feet are swelling :(
