ok.. oops - i bought a big bag of smartfood popcorm at lunch, had some then.. shared with a friend too.. then after work without even realizing, while grading papers, i ate the whole BAG!!!
please tell me you've doine something similiar!!!
is that bad - sodium wise??? im drinking more and mroe water, a lot of water, which i usually do all day anyway...

Something similar?  How about every day?!?!? Anytime I get an obsession with a certain food I have to eat the entire thing - or several servings of it. 
By the way, I have made about 10 bags of popcorn in the past few weeks - it has been my new craving. I think I will have some tonight! Although Smartfood sounds sooo much better!!!

yeah, i was fine, until 4 of my students had various kinds of popcorn at snack today... i almost asked one kid if i could have some.. haha

I've single handedly have eaten an entire package or Oreos in just a few days And I'm not really a cookie person!
