Tylenol is so not cutting it!
Whatelse can I do? I have had a headache for 3 days!!!

i get really bad headaches too. dr says when you feel it comig on take extra strength tyl drink a cup of coffee and lay down in a dark room.

I found that what works best for me is first a few big glasses of water.
the first sign of dehydration before being thirsty is a headache.
If that doesn't fix it in a bout 30 min I take 1 extra strength tylenol and something witha little caffeine......

yep.... water water water! drink 2 liters and then see what happens. not to be graphic, but if your pee is med-dark yellow, you need to drink a lot more... only if it's very light yellow are you properly hydrated  I have to drink a whoppin' 5 liters a day to avoid dehydration at this point 
good times!

I battled a pounding headache for a few days this week. Extra sleep, tylenol, and a few glasses of iced tea seemed to help.

Headaches during pregnancy are caused by many different factors. water helps for dehydration headaches, a lower sodium diet works for high blood pressure headaches, antibiotics work for sinus infection headaches, etc. My headaches mostly come from either my neck or my sinuses. For my sinuses, I have found that a neti pot works wonders, as well as vicks vapo rub, and heat on my forehead. For my neck, I bought a tempurpedic pillow that helps a little, and putting ice packs on my neck. Hope this helps!
