All the bathrooms are out of order
Yesterday afternoon, we had a backup in the toilets at work. We were not allowed to use the bathroom from 4 pm on. This morning, we came in, and there is a sign on every single door to the bathrooms (a total of 9 doors-yes we have a lot of bathrooms here) that the bathrooms are out of order.
The plumber is here, and is still working on the plumbing. I've been here since 8:30 and the baby is sitting on my bladder.  Oh, and the HR person is out today, so we don't have her pushing for us to go home.

You are pg and holding it in can give you a UTI, they have to let you go or at least let you leave the building to go somewhere. I hope they fix it fast!

Sounds like a health risk to me. When we lose water for a significant period of time, we close shop. But then again we are a school setting.

Anyone with a 1/4 of a reasonable mind would realize a pregnant woman can't live w/o a bathroom! (for that matter, EVERYONE needs one over an 8 hour day)
talk to your boss and find an 'out'. either super-regular pee breaks to go somewhere else (lots of time to eat fries at wendy's  ) or to go home.

Its illegal for an employer to keep you at work without proper heating/cooling and bathroom fascilities.
I would be out that door pretty fast. It is not good to hold your bladder for very long even when you aren't pregnant!

I took a ride to wendy's to go to the bathroom. The boss said I could either go somewhere, or I could use the facilities and not flush.
I went to wendys, in the SMALLEST STALL EVER and then got myself a frosty.
I'm sure i'll have to go again in an hour.

Glad he was so gracious. He should have told you to go work from home. I would not be able to stay somewhere that I couldn't use the bathroom-- nor, be subjected to peeing in the same toilet throughout the day and not flushing.
