Another Movement Question

When you first start to feel the baby, can you actually put your hand over the spot and feel it? Or, are you just feeling it in the iternal sense? I'm still trying to figure out if what I'm feeling is the baby or round ligament pain.

I'm 21 weeks.

I didn't feel external movments with #1 until almost 28 weeks. I felt the movements internally at about 22 weeks.

ETA: the baby moving shouldn't hurt- so what you are likely feeling is ligament pain.

Well, you know I have not really felt the baby yet-- although there has definite been something going on.

I sometimes put my hand on my belly and I feel like waves or something, but I think it's probably just my pulse which is now apparent in my belly.

I first felt kicks at 21 weeks. Over 2 or 3 days, I started feeling kicks from the inside, then from the outside, and I began seeing my belly move from the kicks. Everyone is different though.

I'm exactly 21 weeks and I've been feeling some kicks for about 2-3 weeks now. They don't hurt and I could feel them from the outside... very lightly though, nothing strong.

I felt the movement from the inside first. It wasn't until 22 or so weeks that DH could feel the movement from the outside.

I could feel a few pokes per day starting at 17 weeks.
Now that I am almost 27 weeks, I can feel the baby if she's pushing outwards somewhere and I can watch my belly move which is really cool!

round ligament pain HURTS! well, for me it did - BAD

when i 1st felt the baby; around 17 weeks, it felt like butterflies
then around 20 weeks i felt my first real kick - none of which hurt
