If its on your registry and showed that it was purchased off the registry, you can retun w/o a receipt.

if you have no receipt, you can no longer even get a store credit..they wont take it..

and the due date on the registry has to be within 3 months. i really hate them. i wish i had registered at BBB

I hate them too. They won't even let you exchange for another size. We had newborn onsies still on the hangers and they wouldn't even let us exchange them. It's impossible to keep track of every gift receipt when you have a newborn and so many guests visiting! We refuse to shop there anymore.
