Should I be worried
I have had a constant dull ache only on my left side, since last night, im thinking it is gas, what do you think.....thanks

Don't forget you've got all the stuff from my stomach smashed up into your upper torso now so pains are normal! I almost always have something sort of pain, twinge, something in my upper left side.
