guess what my child did
I guess she was tired of the breathing tube down her throat so she pulled it out!!! yup this 2 pound baby extubated herself and she is doing great on CPAP!!! altough mommy and daddy like the comfort of the respirator we are glad that she is doing good with only a few apnic episodes...

 That's just fantastic!!! It takes a lot of strength to extubate yourself! Granted, baby tubes are teeny-tiny without a bulb....but even still, she is determined, huh? I have such a great feeling about Sophia---she is going to be a stubborn and feisty little girl. I love to hear all of her updates! Keep 'em coming!

She is definately a fighter and keeping all the nurses on their toes. Im so happy to hear she is doing well. I will continue to keep you all in m y prayers. Everyday she is accomplishing another hurdle. She is truly amazing!
