Throwing up..sorry

With my severe indigestion, I have thrown up for the past two nights. Sorry for the TMI, but I feel like it is VERY forceful, and I am throwing up alot. After it happens, my belly gets really hard. I am sure this is normal, but just want to make sure so I can have piece of mind. Thanks!

Completely normal. I vomited 10+ times a day at my worst. I found that the best thing was when I felt like I was going to throw up eat a few tums and drink some water to make things come up easier and not burn your throat so much........

My stomach would get VERY hard and the vomiting was SOOO forceful my DH got scared.......

UNfortunately, from throwing up so much and so hard my stomach is really sensitive now and the slightest contraction of it will make me vomit right away. For example if I cough hard my stomach will start contracting right away and I can't stop myself from vomiting.
