Ale's trip to the Opthomologist.
It went very well. The Dr. said that her eye isn't even noticble to him, a professional. But he did all the tests and said that 2 things are going on:
- The bridge of her nose isn't fully developed yet so that makes her eye look crossed.
- Her left eye is stronger than her right at the moment. But that doesn't mean that her right eye isn't strong, just that it works a little harder than the left (or something like that - left eye is +3 and right is +2)
Soooo...NO GLASSES!! 
I have to watch her and keep a log of how often I notice it turning in each day, then go back in 3 months with that log and pictures where you can see her eye turned in. He doesn't think there is anything to worry about.
He also said it was great that we noticed this so soon, and it's much earlier than most people would bring their child in - which is good.

I have heard of the nose "issue" before.
I will be  that she outgrows it.
