Sleep

Ever since I got my BFP I haven't gotten a good night sleep.
Aside from getting up 5 times to pee, I dont fall back asleep easy and I toss & turn all night. Then I wake up for good at 6 even when I am off! It's not that I am uncomfortable yet cause I am only 10 weeks.
Anyone have this issue or know why I do?

I was the same way. I'm 21 weeks now and there are still some nights that I toss and turn and don't sleep well. But it has gotten better! In the beginning I kept thinking what the heck am I going to do when I'm huge and can't sleep! I wanted all the sleep I could get while I could still get comfy!

Re: Sleep

I am the same- my sleep got all messed up before I even knew I was pregnant. I have trouble falling asleep, wake up all night long, am up for good by 4 or 5 most days.....and am always tired!

So frustrating, it's so early and I can't imagine what I'll be like in 9 months!

Re: Sleep

I haven't had a good/uninterrupted night's sleep since very early on in my pregnancy. I either can't fall asleep until 2 or 3 or I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back alseep for several hours. It's normal. Chat Icon

Re: Sleep

I could have written this same thing. When i wake up, i start thinking about how excited i am and i cant fall asleep bc i have butterflies in my stomach.

I think as time rolls on, itll get better, And then itll get worse when we get close to the endChat Icon
