Hi Kate, Welcome to LIF!
I am a Long Island girl, living in Manchester for 10 years (although currently on holiday on LI visiting my family) and I have a two and a half year old son. We can relate to life in the UK and having a baby on the NHS! Where do you live? Welcome (colour me excited)
