Anyone else house hunting and getting frustrated?
My hubby and I have been looking on and off for over 2 years...and have been REALLY looking since February. All I can say is:

I could have written your post myself..weve been looking forever, have a nice down payment, and nothing! Our goal was by dd's 1st bday but she is 16 mths now, so that obviously didnt happen..hopefully be her 2nd bday we will have something.

We just started so not yet!!! It is frustrating at the lack of choices in one area we want to move to. But I hope it doesn't take too long. This process is way too stressful.

That's exactly it, us too. Not much seems to be coming on in the areas we like.
Same for us...or the home has only a partial basement, on a main road, or has no property! DAMMIT!!!!!

Us too! Our goal was (well, is, but I don't think it's happening) to be in contract by DS's six month bday, which is next month.
I sometimes want to give up on the house-hunt and just go buy a nice condo, in a nice area, at a NICE price!
