Kinda sad...
I just realized that I am probably about 2 weeks away from beginning to wean DD from BM and starting to supplement with formula. I have been pumping at work but my supply has really decreased. I just can't keep up and was pumping 4x/day. So I decided that I would do what I can and slowly let my supply dwindle while I supplement with my frozen supply. Well, I just realized I only have about 2 weeks left of frozen milk even with the amount I will continue to pump. Part of me is really sad about it but the other part of me is excited to feel like I have my body back (but then I feel guilty for thinking of my own needs over DDs). I hope to still nurse DD in the morning since that supply hasn't really been effected but I don't know if it is going to work.
I'm just feeling so blah...

I am sad thinking about it happening to me too when I return to work in 5 weeks
I have a job where my days are so varied & schedule so different each day I am not sure how I will manage to pump often enough......

I nursed all three of my babies: 1 for 11 months and the other 2 babies 6 months and then started supplementing until I had none left. Each time I got to the end I was crushed, but then within a few weeks you start to feel so much better! I stopped eating for 2 and all the extra weight just flew off!! Also bottle feeding is so much quicker and dh can help more! You'll feel like you started the next chapter!!

I know how you are feeling. I just used my last bag of BM yesterday. I stopped pumping a couple of weeks ago. At first I was really sad to stop nursing even though I have had more problems nursing than you can imagine. At the end of the day though, I am so much happier now that I no longer have to pump. Be proud of yourself that you were able to nurse and try not to feel guilty. My son is thriving on formula and your daughter will as well!
