forclosures
i am looking to buy a house on the island but it is just too expensive. Does anyone know how or where i can search forclosure listings. I am needing to find something fast but i dont have any idea how to get started with that.

i have learned that foreclosures can be tricky and you can lose your downpayment at times so just make sure its ok
IF there is a time of essese in the contract make sure it is helping you not going to hurt you

thank you so much. i dont know if i want to look into it bc i heard it is just a headache. we rent a house now but we want to ttc soon and we need more room. i am so confused i dont knwo which way to go. i dont mind renting i jsut need a bigger house. Does anyone know where i can find listings for houses for rent?
