Sorry for crashing the parenting board but I have a question for you:
If you had heartburn during your pregnancy, did you find it true that your baby had hair when they were born? I didn't know if this is fact/fiction.
*I am 20 wks and started getting heartburn last week.

He had hair. Not a lot of it

I had it from day one that I found out I was pg....
and my dd was almost bald.
And I had HB my ENTIRE pregnancy.
same here...not much hair on ds head, even to this day!

It was true for me. My first son had barely any hair when he was born and I had zero heartburn. My second son I had bad heartburn throughout the entire pregnancy and he was born with a full head of hair

I only had mild heartburn once in a while (nothing diff than when I wasn't PG) and DS was born with a full head of hair.

I had terrible terrible heartburn throughout most of my pregnancy.
The old wives tale did not hold up for me! DD had practically NO hair when she was born! In fact, she had no hair until she was about 5 months old!

My DD had TONS of hair when she was born and I don't think I've ever experienced heartburn --- ever.

i had heartburn after 20 weeks or so and my DD has hair, not a whole lot though, but some..and she has some peach fuzz on her shoulders and back
