Those that used BOA for their mortgage

How long did it take from the time your mortgage process started to the time you got your closing date? Also how far away was your closing date from the time you applied for the mortgage?

Re: Those that used BOA for their mortgage

About 35 days.

We bought a foreclosure so it was owned by the bank. We put our offer in on 4/2 and wanted a close date of 5/15. The bank came back with 5/8 and we accepted. BOA was great and on time with everything.
