they have to remove it once you dispute it - and during the dispute
I can ask my DH- he does this for his clients all the time

It took no more than 30 days when I disputed something.

They have 30 days. Make sure you sen d your request Certified witrh return receipt. or do it online(you probably have to pay for a report unless you haven't used your free one this year(freeannualcreditreport.com)

Yes a few times. Usually resolved within 2 weeks.
