Cycle Question
hello all! This may sound like a silly question, but if AF showed up late last night (about 10:30 - 11:00), is yesterday considered CD1 or is that today?

They say its the first day of red blood. ( CD1) If you were spotting last night only, they say ( the book TCOYF anyway) thats considered the end of the previous cycle.

Sorry for the TMI, but it wasn't spotting
I think not until is red flow (sorry tmi) is it considered CD1. Spotting doesn't count as CD1.
