MOM's with toddlers that have acid reflux
I find it so hard to find snacks that dont have citric acid... does anyone have any good ideas
And.. I picked up ALL Natural Fig Newtons.. but I just noticed that it has seeds in it... do u think thats ok for my 16 month old? im wondering how well she is going to digest it..

My only suggestion would be check out some Organic snacks or any foods that say preservative free....
Caden eats fig newtons...
