DD is 5 months old, but we've been putting her in the exersaucer since about 4 months. Also, she likes her activity mat. I've also gotten her some stuffed toys - the one's with bold prints - she likes to try to grab at those. Other than that - I think it's kind of hard at this age.

DD is also 5 months...but around then she was playing with her excersaucer, jumperoo, i put a blanket down on the floor with rattles and a few stuff animals around her

DS loves anything he can hold, his new favorite are actually squirty bath toys because they are the perfect size for his hands. He also loves teething rings now.
I just started using a walker which he LOVES! He also likes to stand next to his play mat and play with the support bars. Oh and now he actually loves to play with a pacifier! Wont use it for its designed purpose but enjoys talking to it and putting it in and out of his mouth.
I am waiting for him to be able to sit unsupported to take out the "bigger kid" toys!
ETA: DS is almost 6 months
