Just a sweet story
This morning at 6:10 am one of DH's customer's called to tell us his wife had passed away. He thought we would want to know so I was glad he called as we've had dinner at their home and have visited with our kids.
So tonight we headed over the wake and got to meet their daughters who live out of state.
One daughter inparticular we spent some time with and she said some of the loveliest things to us. She told us how she always talked about my DH and that he was more to them than just the landscaper. She truly adored him and was so happy when we got married and had children.
She said she knew a lot of the things my DH did for them wasn't "in the contract" and that she appreciated DH for taking such great care of them and for always visiting her mom when she was in the hospital.
I just thought it was so sweet - kinda fell in love with him a little more tonight.
