Don't give up.....I tried on and off for about 8 years before I got pregnant...so don't despair..doing it the natural way takes longer...

You can't let the statistics get to you... They are just statistics are based based on a variety of numbers compiled together to get to one final number for the purposes of discussion. Those are not YOUR statistics... nor is that any indication for ayone-- unless you are *exactly* like the general population.

But the stats are getting me down big time. 4%..that means I have a 96% chance of not conceiving the natural way. I know there are lots of ways to get me PG...I was just hoping not to have to go through that.

I have no idea how old you are, but my hairdresser is 43 and she had a healthy baby, after YEARS of being told that she wouldn't get pregnant!

Just try not to think about it-- and do other things that will increase your fertility like a healthy diet, etc. That will raise that 4% to a more palatable statistic.
Do you use OPKs to time everything?

Also, my SIL's, SIL-- that makes sense right? Well, she is 40 and has a 1 yr old and is expecting her second in July. Banged them out one right after the other and got pregnant on the first try with each.

I'm 41. I know it's possible. I guess the tests will tell what I'm up against.
I have been living more healthily and considering acupuncture and trying to de-stress more to give myself better chances.
I used the CBEFM but this is the first month and we didn't bd that much at the right time. Maybe next month.
