Am I the only one whose DC "talk" in his sleep?

It started several months ago, DS talks i his sleep. It started with laughing, now he actually "talks".

Last night was "ah deedee daddy" then flaring his arms up and down (like he does when he sees something he likes)... yes he does that in his sleep. I almost cracked up.

Tonight... it's "daddy dada" again when I stroke his little head to make sure he was OK.

Does your child talk in his/her sleep too?

Mine is totally "interactive" with his dreams.

Is that "genetic"? I am a sleep talker AND walker. Don't ask!!!!

yes! ds babbles in his sleep a lot. there's a lot of "da da" and "agoo" in the middle of the night

nope you aren't alone.

My DD laughs, says "mommy" "daddy" "ut oh" "ball" "baa" (like a sheep) "hi" and a bunch of other things.

Sometimes I wonder if she's actually awake and just laying there talking to her dolls, but I really think she's just talking in her sleep because she doesn't move at all.

I believe I've heard my DS laugh a few times, but thats about it.

Yes I have a talker and sleepwalker. Friday night around mdnight I hear him crying saying Mommy I'm lost, I got out of bed and I found him in the bathroom standing in the bathtub. He was sound asleep.

: ) Troy does that too! MOSTLY it's "Dada" and "Daddy" It wakes me up and I stare at the video monitor and see him passed out asleep!

It cracks me up!
