Short luteal phase help
Has anyone tried natural progesterone cream to lengthen your luteal phase? Mine's about 8 days long, too short for implantation. I'm pretty sure it's related to breastfeeding. I've tried Vitex, but it doesn't seem to help. I've also seen B6 recommended, but that can delay ovulation, which I don't want (I'm trying for a  and want to ovulate on the new moon, and my cycles line up with that now).
I read that natural progesterone cream can help lengthen the luteal phase and am wondering if anyone has used it.

I think Porrus used a natural cream. She had a short LP around 8 days I think.
