When Do I POAS?
okay - trying to get out of the i have my af funk....
according to my yourdays calendar i will be ovulating on the 29th. Does that mean i start using the ovulation tests that day and for the following 7...or should i do it before then or after then?

On the ovulation predictors, it will give you a certain cycle day on which to test.
You definitely want to test before you think you're ovulating, since the test detects a surge in your hormones that occurs 24-36 hours BEFORE ovulation.
The day you start testing will vary based on your cycle length.

that's my issue - i have no idea how long my cycle is... i came off birth control in march and i know the date that my period started in april and obviously today....
do i count from day 1 of my period to day 1 of my next period?

Yes. The first day of your period is cycle day 1 (CD1) and you count all the way until th next first day of period. As a rough estimate, some people start POAS by CD10-12 and then keep going. You may run out of sticks and need more before you get your +OPK
