"Its Friday afternoon, and it was 91 degrees in the city today. Like everyone else in the city, I just want to go home and peel of my disgusting clothes. I get on the train -- aaahhh, air conditioning! -- and relax. The train is nearfly empty, we pullout and head East.
Then, at Jamaica, this cretin gets on. His working assumption was that we all wanted to see his gnarly, stanky, hot sweaty feet. FOUL!"

OMG...so funny!!!!!!!
I should have taken a picture of the LOUD talked I encountered yesterday. He was having the most ridiculous conversation with his friend that just made me and He was talking all tough and LOUD but he seemed like a blowhard with some personal issues that need to resolved somewhere other then the LIRR.

I use to ride the train from hunterspoint and had to threaten a guy using his nextell on the train......
I told him to just call the guy and stop clicking the damn walky-talky, no one wanted to hear his conversation or the damn chirping. He told me he wasn't bothering me, I stood up, he changed cars and was no longer my problem, three ladies in the car thanked me......
Sometimes, it's good to be Me!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Good for you!!! I usually just do the librarians SHHHHHH really really loud so the point gets across. MOST of the time people quiet down.

there was a woman on the train Friday who was on with her daughter. She was on for 25 minutes and had the worst nasal shreek..I heard all about her dinner and how her son's friend had an appendectomy.
I finally looked right at her..had to totally turn around..
..I said, was the duck with the asian slaw really that good? The train is not the time to catch up with family and friends on your cell phone..I know more about your evening than I do my own..
