in order to feel actual pregnancy symptoms, there needs to be implantation. so i would say that ABSOLUTE earliest would be 5 or 6 DPO - but since it takes time for the hCG to build up in your system, i would say 7 or 8DPO is more likely for MOST women.
if you are feeling symptoms earlier than that i would just attribute it to the surge in progesterone you get when you ovulate. the symptoms you get from increased progesterone can mimic pregnancy symptoms.
