i agree -- i love how they coordinate it w/ the birth of their child so a lot of people will think it is due to that or breast feeding LOL - cmon, it has been months now - those things are ridiculous and SO perfectly round.
that being said, i think even if she went to the best doc in the world and had the best job - when you choose to go THAT big - no matter what - they are going to look fake/bad.

I disagree.. My breasts are implants and very very large and don't look fake at all ..
