More OPK Questions...
Do you test everyday starting on the day it recommends? How many sticks do you go through per cycle?

Yes, you test everyday until you get the + OPK. Once you get that, they say you can stop testing but I usually test 1 more day to make sure we hit the surge
For me, it depended on my cycle. There was a cycle where I went through a box & half bc I O'ed a lot later. I would say typically you should go through anywhere from 4 sticks to the entire box (7)
