Does anyone ever NOT want to BD?
Ok, I know it's a weird question. But after 7 months of ttc, and strictly keeping to the every-other-day, but every day the day before and of ovulation, I'm done! I got a peak reading Wed. on the CBEFM, so we BD'd Wednesday and Thursday. Today it was high, but I just don't think I have it in me. We also Bd'd Sun & Mon. (sorry for TMI, I'm not used to posting my sex life on the Internet).
I SO MISS having sex for fun. By the time I O, I feel like we need such a break, we'll go a good week w/o it. 
I've said it before, but I'll say it again. Sex on a schedule sux.

I do. There are times when I much rather be sleeping or watching tv.   I know that sounds so horrible but after 14 months of TTC is has become just like a chore now. We've tried so hard to make it fun and as spicy as we can but it still feels forced some days.
Ahhh the joys of TTC.

Oh your not alone. I know this sounds horrible but the last few times we have baby danced I have to wake up early before i leave for work (i work nites) and i just dont feel like doing it. and as sad as it sounds... i feel like he is the only one getting satisfaction if you get my drift. LOl but the joys of TTC is what keeps me going.

I hear you. We go a good week after O because we are tired of the forced sex leading up to O. It stinks.

No not alone at all.........Joe and I joke about how we went from having a racey sexy sex life to a methodical get in and get out sex life.....It's not that it isn't nice but when you're BDing 24/7 for 5days you still need to do laundry, make dinner, sleep, work and wind down it becomes a pain. I totally understand

It definitely becomes a chore when you're having specifically timed BDing with barely any room for spontaneity!

I have been TTC for 1 year and the spontaneity is totally gone. Luckily DH is a trooper and thank goodness he can perform on command. He jokes that he can be a porn star with all the BDing on command he has been doing in the past year.

I said to DH the other day, I think we need to BD more. I said I want to try hainvg sex every other day from when AF leaves up to +OPK and then several days in a row after.
His response? "That's brutal."
We laughed b/c it was a joke, but on the other hand, we also laughed because it sounds like a lot of work. I need to think of some ideas to spice it up!

I have just gotten my period after two months because of surgery. My DH says to me " You know we will have to have sex to have a baby, you know" Because there was no hope of getting pregnant we ended up doing it only twice. It is unfortunately now a chore.

I totally can relate to this. We have been actively trying this month. I can honestly say I am a little sick of the act of BD. We have been BD every other day this week and I O'd yesterday and to have to BD right afterwards was not romantic at all. I am tired of doing what we have to do in regard to BD. Ia m glad I o'd but it is going to be a good week before I even want to BD again. DH is a good sport about it, hey he is a guy, but how much can you BD ??? LOL Sorry if TMI.
