I WAITED YEARS to say hello 2 this board!!
Hello to u all. I am sooooo new to this board. just got BFP's yesterday (& Sunday~ ) I didnt even tell my fam/friends yet~~~~
so whats next? do i need to get BW Pregnancy test to confirm? who do i do that with? gyno, RE (i had IUI), GP, med clinic etc? or is that not necessary?
OMG I am sososossosososososo excited, scared, nervous, and still feel i read ALL 4 tests wrong..... LOL~~~~~
what an amazing feeling this is....
is it too early to be happy? since I am only on CD 26?
UPDATE~~~ I just went to MED CENTER to confirm with BW. They were all laughing at me as I told them I already got 5 POSITIVES~~~!! i just cannot believe it....

Congrats and welcome!!!
Call your OB and let them know you got a positive on a pregnancy test. Most won't see you until you're around 8 weeks though so you'll have to wait it out!

I'm only 5 weeks ( i found out last Thurs CD28) and I'm very happy - I don't think it is ever too early to be happy!!! 
I called my OB/GYN last Fri and won't see her until I am 8 weeks since I am already on PreNatals - I know some of ladies have gone in earlier for bloodwork, so I guess it is up to you and your Dr. what you want to do.
Congrats again - Have a Happy and Healthy 9 Months!

Congrats!!!!! This is so exciting! First, call your RE-he will want to do betas to get your hCG levels and confirm that they are doubling and b/w to check your progesterone. He will also probably do a sonogram or two, before releasing you to your OB (mine released me for my 8w OB appt.). Other than that, just take care of yourself and try to enjoy it!

Congrats!! I am going to see my dr. today and I am only 5 weeks! It's a new dr., and my 1st pregnancy, so I wanted to be sure. I told the receptionist I had a BFP and she still made the appointment.
ETA: I got my BFP on CD 24!!!! I TOTALLY understand how you feel!

Totally agree with this. Call your RE and let them know you tested positive on the HPTs!

congratulations
everyone is nervous during the first trimester... especially the first half. Many of us only calmed down after the ultrascreen results came back normal (at about 12-13 weeks)
call your RE and find an OB. I believe
they will work together throughout the first trimester....

Welcome & congratulations!!!
Call your doctor! Mine didn't need me to come in for bloodwork - they said the 2 BFPs I had already gotten were proof enough . My first appointment was at 8 weeks.
ETA: I was already taking prenatals
