Need advice

We just started TTC, but I am already 31, I want to use an OPT, my husband doesn't want me to. He feels like we don't need them. But he does want a baby now. I watched my best friend go through all kinds of problems, and I know it can take a long time to get preggo. Should I just buy the kit and not tell my husband? What would you ladies do? TIA

Updated: So last night I told him I wanted to buy the kit, and that he didnt even have to know when I was using it, I just wanted to understand my cycle better. So I bought it and did one last night, it came out with no surge and he kept asking what it came out as... so after all that it seems like he does wanna know.

I would just buy the kit and tell him that you want to use it to help you understand your own body and how it works. I can understand him not wanting to be under pressure.

I used them even when I wasn't TTC'ing just so I would be prepared.

IMO, I would do anything to get pregnant faster and if using an OPK will help pinpoint your ovulation to make that happen then I say go for it. If you need to don't tell him but I don't see what the big deal is.......using it will only help you to better understand your body and cycles. Good luck!!
