Lose 10 pounds in a month?
Is this even possible, I am on WW.
Right now I hate hit a plateau and can't lose anymore. What can I do?

I would mix up what you're eating. I found that when I would change my breakfast around or other foods, it would ignite more of a loss. For example I LOVE cereal. Have it every morning. But back when I did WW for the first time, I hit a plateau even though I was sticking to points. By eating an egg white omelet instead of cereal, I feel it helped me lose more.
Also mixing up your workouts...if you are getting bored with the elliptical or running, try weight training here and there.
Good luck!!!! Plateaus sometimes just happen, keep at it and you'll see a loss soon!

It might help to cut down on some carbs also.
