Who knows about B6 for Luteul Phase stuff??

Who knows about B6 for Luteul Phase stuff??
I bought some today, but I did not properly research how many mg I should have gotten. I got 100 mg-- is this enough?
Also, do you think it makes a difference if I start taking them today, or is it too late? Technically, my LP will begin tomorrow. If I did indeed O today.

TCOYF recommends 400mg per day and that is what I take. I also take a prenatal vitamin and a baby asprin every day.

I can't find anywhere in my TCOYF that recommends B6 at all. In my version she refers to someone else and said that they recommend 200-500mg a day.
I've been taking 50mg a day and I don't think it's doing anything. I thought I would increase to 200. But if you do a google search you should be able to find different recommendations for dosages.

I take the same. When I started taking the B6 I found the first month my LP went from 9/10 days to 12 and has stayed there since. I think I started it at the beginning of my cycle, but I'm sure it won't hurt to start them now.

the info i have read says you should be taking a b-complex vitamin with b6 in it to lengthen your LP - i think it's because the other "stuff" in the b-complex helps you absorb the b6 better. worked for me!
